We strive to get your custom-built PC or components to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
- Quality Assurance: Before any PC leaves our facility, it undergoes rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure all components are functioning correctly and the system is stable. **We make sure everything works before we ship it.**
- Processing Time:
- Pre-built PCs: Orders for pre-built systems are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Custom Builds: Due to the personalized nature of custom builds, please allow 14-32 business days for assembly, rigorous testing, and final quality checks before shipment.
- Shipping Methods & Carriers: We primarily use [e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS] for domestic shipments. You will be able to select your preferred shipping speed at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Shipping Insurance: All PC shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit to protect your investment.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.
- International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within the USA.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At UndergroundPC, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality, fully functional PC. Please note our policies regarding returns and refunds:
- No Returns or Refunds: Due to financial constraints and the custom nature of our builds, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are considered final. We ensure your PC is fully functional before it leaves our care.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If your PC arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at info.undergroundpc@gmail.com. Provide clear photos of the damage to the packaging and the product itself. We will work with the shipping carrier and you to resolve the issue as best as we can, which may involve repair or replacement.
- Product Functionality: While we do not offer a warranty, we do our best to make sure your PC will be in working order upon arrival, having passed our thorough pre-shipment testing. If you experience unexpected issues immediately after delivery, please contact us for troubleshooting assistance.
